📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping options and costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on most of our smaller items


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if opted in). You can also track your order anytime from your Shopify account or the Shop App.


Local Pickup

If you're located near our shop in Ocean Beach, we offer free local pickup. Choose this option at checkout and wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.



Shipping Delays

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, shipping times are out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping however sometimes shipping rates to not load properly. If you have questions on what the rates show or charge, please let us know and we are happy to see if we can find better rates
