Da Hula Girl Goddess "Leilani" license plate frame features a brunette hula girl with a dark green color swaying skirt. Kokonuts famous hula frames are hand painted, with the exception of the all chrome (silver) frames. Chrome is left unpainted on top and bottom of each frame.
