Returns and Exchanges

Surfer Baby / Better Surf..than Sorry strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase with  Surfer Baby / Better Surf...than Sorry .Return/exchange policy of 15 days from day of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return or exchange, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us at 1-619-564-7873, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Surfer Time)

 Shipping times:

We keep most of our products in stock. Items will usually ship within 48hrs unless it is a custom made product (most home décor items).These items will have an estimated ship time in the description.

In the case that an item is out of stock or on back order you will receive an email with estimated ship time and/ or alternative choices.

Surf Size may effect shipping times:

 If there is an unusually large swell (10ft+) in the San Diego area you may experience delays in shipping time. You may want to check the surf report to get a better idea of when your order will ship:
